Either way, I don't hand over a strategy and leave. I build the campaigns, sales resources, and customer education, put them in market, and adjust as results come in. From a single channel to the whole strategy, and when a job needs a skill I don't keep in-house, like paid ads, I bring in a specialist from my network.

I started Monrey Media because I kept seeing companies chase growth without a shared vision behind it. The best results come when everyone is working toward the same goal, with a plan solid enough to actually execute. That's what I build: a clear direction the whole team can get behind, and the sales enablement to carry it out together.
